More than 25 emerging cath lab nurses and radiologic technologists from California, Oregon, and Florida converged in Sacramento, CA, for the Spring 2026 Cath Lab & Beyond course — a four‑day immersive learning experience designed specifically for professionals stepping into the fast‑paced world of the cardiac cath lab.
Hosted by the Continuing Education Consortium, this respected program has been shaping cath lab teams for over three decades. What began as a local response to a critical staffing shortage has evolved into a comprehensive, multi‑day training led by seasoned cath lab and cardiology RNs and radiological technologists who bring real‑world expertise straight to the classroom.
